Damage
If a delivery is confirmed to be damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the full order value will be refunded or the goods redelivered.
Returns
Processed parts cannot be returned.
Complaints
Delivered parts must be checked for defects or shortages within 8 days; after this period, complaints can no longer be accepted.
Cookies
Necessary – for the basket, your cutting lists and logging in. These are always on.
Statistics – Google Analytics, to see how the website is used. Only with your consent.
Marketing – Google Ads, to measure which adverts lead to an order. Only with your consent.
Without your consent, we do not place any analytics or advertising cookies. Google then only receives anonymous signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode).
